Sonesta Select Camarillo Hotel

Quiet, convenience to my son's home.

Why no tea in the room? I do not drink coffee. I think for the price you should have at least a light breakfast included as so many of the less pricey motels have.

location was quiet despite next to highway. the rooms itself was clean. free parking.

the room was dark and not very inviting. there was lots of black hair in the bathroom. the cleaning staff should pay more attention to dust. we found the hotel overpriced for what they do offer.

Ease of checkin and out. Room was attractive. Pull out table was very helpful. Friendly staff.

Use to a few more amenities such as qtips. More equipment in there gym, balls, smaller weights, mats

Clean hotel in a nice building near to many good dining spots, Oxnard, and the Camarillo shopping outlets. Brand-new room, well-designed, with weights and 2 queen beds, as for instance. Marvellous position in Camarillo area.

Wi-Fi was slow.

The pool area was a relaxing escape, and the clean room felt inviting after a long day of exploring. The breakfast options could be more varied.

It is located in a good location. Very neat and clean with a wonderful staff. Great places to eat in walking distance.

The facility is getting a bit dated and tired looking. The room has no makeup mirror or room safe. The bistro was awful. The worst food ever. But it's good for buying a cold beer.

Popcorn ceilings, old outdated furniture, ugly wallpaper, small unsafe bathtub and shower entrance (outdated) bad pillows, overpriced breakfast buffet (avg/below avg quality) no outlet and end table for charging.

It felt convenient to grab a meal whenever we wanted. My partner and I enjoyed being able to step outside directly from our room to relax.

The mattress was uncomfortable, which affected my sleep. I noticed that the couch had stains, which detracted from the overall cleanliness.

The staff were all friendly and helpful and willing to go out of the way to answer requests.

The next day I was laid up with horrible back pain because the mattress was too soft! Any sleep expert will tell you that soft mattresses can do this.

Good Location, easy check in. Room was nice enough. Pool and hot tub were very nice.

a few stray ants, bed a bit soft, while the food for breakfast was above average, we had to pay and there was only one person taking order and money, and making coffee, and assembling/making the breakfast. she did a good job, but it was awkward. there was only one other helper who did not seem to do anything but bring out the food. Only bussed the table if asked. No manager in site. Most other hotels in this price range have a manager watching the breakfast room.

The place was clean and well-maintained. I loved that they allowed my pet to stay with me. The parking was convenient, although it costs $10 per night. Great location near restaurants. Definitely a pleasant experience overall 🐾

Multiple food opportunities in the nearest vicinity. A UPS store within walking distance.

Some noise from the highway. Set breakfast - there were a few sets to choose, but a breakfast buffet would be much nicer.

Staff was awesome

Staying at the Sonesta in Camarillo was good! The room offered a lovely pool view, with inviting outdoor seating. I loved the nearby restaurants. Everything was conveniently within walking distance. The parking fee felt slightly steep. A pleasant experience that left me satisfied!

The location turned out to be particularly good, very close to coffee shop, a nice plaza with many good dining spots within a 5-minute walk and the center.
